Managing the learning environment plays a vital role in creating a conducive atmosphere for early childhood learners; however, preliminary observation at RA El-Syarifah revealed suboptimal natural lighting and inconsistent arrangement of safety play equipment. This study aims to describe the classroom management principles applied by teachers, the challenges encountered, and the efforts made to optimize facilities at RA El-Syarifah. A descriptive qualitative case study approach was employed, with a class B teacher as the research subject. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that five of seven classroom management indicators were fulfilled, including flexible facility arrangement, dynamic table-chair management, wall utilization as visual media, and a classified toy-storage system, while the main challenges lie in the arrangement of safety play equipment and natural lighting.
